Mr. Eker’s experience ranges from crisis management in turnaround companies to management of companies undergoing expansion. Mr. Eker has brought value to a broad range of industries (on senior executive level or on the Board of Directors), such as building materials (Velux), pharmaceuticals, pet food (Dechra Pharmaceuticals), the maritime high tech electronics and communication equipment industry (Eurocom Industries), the furniture industry (Tvilum) and the growing web based Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. He has also worked as a management consultant in McKinsey & Co.’s Scandinavian hub serving many international clients in the industrial, pharma/medical devices and consumer goods industries. Mr. Stecher brings skills and experience in developing and implementing successful global growth and market expansion strategies, driving transformation and change in global organizations and aligning, simplifying and optimizing company operations across the value chain. Simon Evans holds a degree in commerce from the University of Birmingham, England and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He spent 20 years as Group CFO of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC and was a key player in the development of Dechra from a small veterinary business into a multinational company listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of over 750 million Euros.
