Mr. Eker’s experience ranges from crisis management in turnaround companies to management of companies undergoing expansion.
Mr. Eker has brought value to a broad range of industries (on senior executive level or on the Board of Directors), such as building materials (Velux), pharmaceuticals, pet food (Dechra Pharmaceuticals), the maritime high tech electronics and communication equipment industry (Eurocom Industries), the furniture industry (Tvilum) and the growing web based Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. M&A activities have played a central role in Mr. Eker’s professional work experience.

Lars Buhl has spent the last 18 years in private equity and most of his professional life in and around Danish industrial SMV’s.
Mr. Buhl has served as Chief Investment Officer at Industri Udvikling since 1999 being responsible for and heading 35+ investments in primarily Danish industrial companies. In addition to the investment activities, Lars Buhl has taken positions at the boards of the portfolio companies and had close cooperation with management of the portfolio companies.

Robbert Nickolaj Stecher, Co-founder & board member, Denmark
Robbert Stecher is SVP at Eniig. He is chairman of learning robots company Kubo in Denmark. He brings 20 years of international business experience. He has been a senior executive with the LEGO Group during its turnaround, growth and globalization, serving in various positions such as Corporate Management and in SVP and VP positions covering global innovation, marketing, branding, market operations and global sales management. He has also worked as a management consultant in McKinsey & Co.’s Scandinavian hub serving many international clients in the industrial, pharma/medical devices and consumer goods industries.
Mr. Stecher brings skills and experience in developing and implementing successful global growth and market expansion strategies, driving transformation and change in global organizations and aligning, simplifying and optimizing company operations across the value chain. Mr. Stecher has played a key role in both acquisitions, due diligence and post-merger integration tasks.
Simon Evans, Chairman of the board, United Kingdom
Simon Evans holds a degree in commerce from the University of Birmingham, England and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He spent 20 years as Group CFO of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC and was a key player in the development of Dechra from a small veterinary business into a multinational company listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of over 750 million Euros. During this time he was involved with a private equity buyout, the IPO and several major acquisitions and fund raisings.
Søren Henningsen, Board member, Denmark
Former PE Fund manager who is currently involved in several international start-up businesses. Mr. Henningsen is CEO of Poshtel. Co-founder of Salient Pharma and 1937 ApS. Chairman of the board of CAP CPH, Board member of IDFG Denmark Limited. The parent company of ICPS, Ghana (intelligent card production) - among the top-10 companies in Ghana. In later years, he has made a turnaround of HB Medical as a COO and sold the company to a professional investor.
