Co-founder of Salient Pharma and 1937 ApS. Chairman of the board of CAP CPH, Board member of IDFG Denmark Limited. Søren Henningsen holds an MSc in economics from the University of Copenhagen. He was previously employed with PA Consulting Group and subsequently with Dream Investment Company. Since then, he has worked with corporate acquisitions in LaCorp Capital Partners and as a partner at Deltaq Private Equity (listed on NASDAQ OMX) and as such brings an extensive experience in investment activities from the Private Equity world. In later years he has made a turnaround of HB Medical as a COO and sold the company to a professional investor.
